About the role
We’re looking for a Quantitative Researcher to build and optimize algorithmic trading strategies for DeFi and crypto markets using quantitative methods and ML (SL/RL): market making, delta-neutral hedging, backtesting, and market-data analysis to continuously improve results.
What you’ll do
- Quantitative research and trading-strategy development for DeFi and crypto markets
- Build and evolve ML models (SL, RL) for market making and position management
- Develop and optimize delta-neutral hedging and risk-management strategies
- Build backtesting and simulation environments to evaluate strategies on crypto data (order book, trades)
- Analyze market data and improve algorithms from real execution results
- Track and research new approaches in Quant Finance, RL, and DeFi
Requirements
- Degree in finance, math, CS, or statistics
- 2+ years as a Quant Researcher; understanding of financial markets, time series, and trading-strategy development
- Experience with Supervised Learning (SL) and Reinforcement Learning (RL), statistical analysis, and model optimization
- Strong Python
- Hands-on with PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, CatBoost, XGBoost, and Optuna
- Our team works in Russian; English at a level to read documentation and terminology
Nice to have
- Experience in trading, market making, or low-latency crypto markets
- Trading-strategy development
- Working with crypto data (order book, trades)
- Backtesting, simulations, and execution analysis
